SUMMER 2026
Summer season runs June through September. Practices will be lighter but focused on drilling, learning new technique, as well as strength and agility training. Practices held twice a week.

BEGINNERS
Perfect for new wrestlers with little to no experience. Our beginner program focuses on fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and having fun in a supportive environment.

- Folkstyle Season (Oct-Jan) $200
INTERMEDIATE/Advanced
Designed for wrestlers who have completed at least one full tournament season and are ready to continue progressing in the sport. Athletes will sharpen technique, build confidence, and develop competitive skills through structured training. As wrestlers gain experience and demonstrate commitment, they may be invited into advanced training opportunities focused on high-level technique, intense live wrestling, and competitive excellence.

- Local, state, and regional tournaments expected
- $90 per month
- Optional (Advanced only) Wednesday strength/cardio session 5:45-7:00
Annual membership
Yearly membership includes Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco season with discounted summer rates. This will include Wednesday strength hand cardio days, any extra practices coaches decide to add on, any "Friday night" open mats for live wrestling. Summer practices will slow down but will still continue to train technique as well as strength training.

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS
Training is offered through drop-in sessions, scheduled group workouts, or team rates. Perfect for athletes who want to continue wrestling after the school season or get extra mat time and conditioning. Please contact us to schedule mat time and group sessions.
